delivery conditions
Delivery is made against payment via Paypal, cash on delivery or one of the Shopify Payments offered payment methods. The latter include in particular:
- Credit cards : Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express
- Klarna : Sofortüberweisung, Sofortzahlung, Rechnung*
- Accelerated Checkouts : Google Pay, Apple Pay, Shop Pay
- Others : eps-transfer, Ideal, Bancontact

* Purchase on account via Klarna: In cooperation with Shopify and Klarna AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer our customers purchase on account as a payment option. When purchasing on account with Klarna, the customer always receives the goods first and always has a payment period of 14 days. Payment is made directly to Klarna AB (publ) (www.klarna.de). The customer receives all payment details directly from Klarna by email. Please note that purchase on account is only available for consumers in Germany. shipping times
Orders (on working days) until 1 p.m. (cash on delivery, PayPal, credit card, instant bank transfer, Klarna) are usually dispatched on the same working day. A notice: If there is an increased order volume, the delivery time can be approximately 5 to 8 working days.
After shipping, we will send an automatic email with the shipping confirmation and the corresponding DHL tracking link.
DHL requires approximately 2-4 working days for delivery within Germany and approximately 3-5 working days for deliveries to Austria and Switzerland.
