Consumers have the following right of withdrawal:

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period shall be fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Adesso, Bomheofferstraße 13, 58452 Witten Germany, email: Info@adessowe.com ) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You can use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory. If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you a confirmation of receipt of such a withdrawal (e.g. by email).

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

consequences of revocation

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choosing a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), promptly and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us promptly and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us that you have cancelled this contract. This deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary to check their quality, properties and functioning.

Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal

Unless otherwise agreed by the parties, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts

• for the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would quickly be exceeded.
• for the supply of sealed goods which, for reasons of health protection or hygiene, are not suitable for return if their seal has been removed after delivery;
• for the delivery of goods if, after delivery, they have been inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature.

Note Return of Products

The goods should be returned in the original packaging with all accessories and packaging components if possible. If the original packaging is no longer available, please use protective packaging if necessary to ensure adequate protection against any transport damage. Damage and contamination to the returned item should be avoided. Customers are asked to send the physical products back to the seller as a prepaid package and to keep the delivery receipt. The seller will reimburse the customer for the postage costs in advance upon request, unless these are to be borne by the customer themselves. We would like to point out that the right of cancellation and its consequences naturally exist regardless of compliance with this notice; it is simply intended to facilitate the processing of returns.
